Job Description- Responsible for providing timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Open & close bar
  • Make and serve drinks
  • Cleaning of tables and bar area
  • Maintain storage room where alcohol is kept and keep inventory levels
  • Restock items when necessary
  • Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar & bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
  • Display knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
  • Be knowledgeable of hotel property and amenities

Job Requirements:

  • Previous bartending or training required
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Be self motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
  • Knowledge of the Micros operating system a plus
  • Have working knowledge of beer, wine & liquor and common drink recipes
  • Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary, up to 40lbs
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must
  • Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Open Availability-This would include evening and weekends
  • 1-2 Years experience at making craft cocktails
  • Bar Lead experience would be a plus
