Vice President of Food & Beverage

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the VP of Food & Beverage. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will work closely with our executive team to drive growth and profitability in the food and beverage department, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, with at least 10 years of progressive experience.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
- Proven experience as an F&B Director or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality/hotel industry - Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in the food and beverage department.
- Oversee menu development, ensuring a variety of high-quality offerings that meet the needs of our target market.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to minimize waste and maximize cost efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports, making strategic decisions to optimize revenue and control costs.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
