Senior Sales Manager (Cluster)

CMC Hotels is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Management Team as a Senior Sales Manager for a cluster of hotels primarily located in the Raleigh-Durham Market.

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager (Cluster) to lead our sales team and drive business growth within a designated cluster of territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies and fostering strong relationships with key clients.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a hospitality senior sales management role, preferably in a multi-location setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned cluster.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure goals are met effectively.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
